Don't know how my first post got deleted but our plumber was Chris and he did an excellent job.. We had a plumbing issue that took some time but he got it figured out and fixed. Very respectful and friendly. Thanks for all the hard work you put in. You really do deserve more than a thank you for all that you had to do especially all the hard work in the heat.

I had a clogged kitchen pipe and I called Rescue Rooter. Within 24 hours they were at my house. Wilson came by and started with the normal procedures. Nothing seemed to be working so he went into the crawlspace and replaced the pipe and found the complete blockage. Removed and replace the pipe. Then they ran a water jet to really clean out the pipe. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend to others. Thank you!!!

No one wants sewage coming up in their basement. But I certainly called the right company to take care of it! Rescue Rooter/Jack Howk was at my house within hours of my call, assessed the situation, gave me all options for addressing the problem, and got right on it once my decision was made. Dave, Charles and crew were courteous, professional, and completed the job faster than I had anticipated! I highly recommend this company!

Chris was my on site plumber and he was very professional and also willing to explain to me and show what he was finding and how can it be fixed . This was an emergency call for me and dispatch contacted me back 3 times to keep me updated and notify me about when they will have someone available to come and take care of my situation.
