Sure, you could find a cheaper plumber but I prefer to work with a professional company that is organized and efficient. I highly recommend MP Plumbing. We've used them for a few years now and never been disappointed.

My garbage disposal was plugged, and big time leaking. Jordan came over and assessed the situation. He was polite and sensitive to my cats. He showed me the rust and leaks. He had the same model on his truck, so no need to wait and reschedule. He had it installed quickly. Price was good, my sink was back in business and I am very happy.

Called and showed up early!! Repaired leaking plumbing under the kitchen sink, cleaned the filters on our tankless water heater and fixed a leak on an outdoor faucet. Invoice was very reasonable. Plumber was polite, considerate, communicated clearly. We really appreciated the service!

I called the day before to request a service for a business that had issue with a leak in a public restroom toilet . I first spoke with Kim who was very helpful. I told them we did not want to pay for after hour calls but would need someone out asap in am. Needless to say if you don't answer the call then they skip you and move on to the next. I called to from home the morning of to inform them that I would not be able to answer the call and that I need to have them call my cell number instead. Not a good way to do business. This needs to be addressed by your management you will end up losing customers if you treat calls in this fashion. Doubt I will ever call this company again. Just because I was not able to confirm a call at 7:30 am then you lose your turn , that would have been helpful information the day prior when I first attempted to schedule repairs, since the toilet did not magical fix itself overnight . If a customer calls for asap then you need to schedule the service next business day and train your staff to not hang up on customer then not even call them back. Customer service is a dying art and more companies need to focus training staff how treat your perspective customer and insure they will be return customers.

The guy that showed up walked into the house with a lit cigarette! He also started using my extension cord and drop light without asking. Someone else was paying off site he didn't even let us know what was wrong or how much it was going to cost the other person that was paying! You didn't leave a bill all I did was leave a business card in the stink of cigarettes behind!
