It is a shame that I even have to give 1 star!! They put in a new pipe and 1/2 hr after they leave our sinks are backed up. Call to have them come out and they tell me they would be out at 4 but then call me back to say they cant come and that they would put us on the calendar for a week from now. Are you kidding me, they do something wrong and dont even care to fix it. The woman who is apparently the manager was rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. Run as far as you can from this company.

Very satisfied. Dave worked hard on a project that turned out to be more of a challange than expected. Will definitely use Malmedal again.

From the moment Carolina answered the phone, I knew I found the plumbing company I was looking for. After speaking with a couple of other plumbers, Carolina took my call more than a few minutes after closing time and proceeded to patiently explain the best options available for my situation and answered ALL of my questions thoroughly. She and her skilled team completed the job (shower faucet and pipes) as promised, with great communication, before, during and after the work was completed. To top it all, the rates were very standard and the work superlative. I highly recommend to any and all with a plumbing need.
