These guys were awesome! I had a leak and the water shut off on a Sunday night. They fit me into the schedule on Monday and sent a great plumber (Bob). He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Kim in the office was also very helpful.
Jake was knowledgeable and fixed my sink plumbing so good that I probably will not have problems for years.
We have used Mike Patterson Plumbing for our home and business for over 2 decades. They have always been professional, timely, and provide quality work. So much so, I have referred them to family, friends and even my own customers. This is one of those businesses in the 21st century that still maintains 19th century integrity and work ethics.
Nearly ran over by one of their trucks in downtown and got a snarky response from the driver. They did not yield to multiple pedestrians which is illegal in the state of Oregon. I would never get plumbing services from such an inconsiderate and dangerous group of people.
I'm not going to call this plumber again. The labor cost is ridiculous. First time, he didn't have the spare parts (I still had to pay for his time and drive). The next time, he came with the wrong part, so he left again to look for the right part at Home Depot and didn't find it. I still had to pay him for both trips (even for his drive to the store). At the end, he was not able to fix my leaking faucet, but still charged me for all his time. He also didn't seem very skilled about the problem. When I researched the missing part on Amazon, he didn't know if that part would work or not. Didn't even know what some of the measurements mean. At the end, I bought the part for $10 and replaced it myself. He did however fix another leaking faucet by replacing it. However, I feel like I shouldn't have been charged for all his failed attempts (and trip to the store) to fix the first one.
