Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Portland

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Portland was fabulous for our sewer replacement job. Brian gave us a quick and accurate bid and really knew what was involved for our specific situation. It was a big job with lots of equipment and workers but the care that was taken to keep our plants and yard from being damaged was incredible. The inspector was impressed with the quality of the work and gave them an "A". We highly recommend them.

Kevin was great! I called and someone came out within a couple of hours. Kevin explain what needed to be done and how much it cost. I'm really happy and would use them to clear drains in the future.

When I called to schedule an appt, I was pleasantly surprised to learn someone would be out the same day, and within a couple hours! Brook called to let us know Bradley was on his way. He put on his booties when he arrived and placed rugs at the front door and the areas he would be working at, so I was grateful for the cleanliness. After assessing the situation, he explained the options and provided us with helpful hints and information. Bradley was thorough and professional and did a fantastic job.

Mr. Tucker Troelstrup and Mr John Fry were outstanding. I had 2 projects that i reviewed with them. Each guy tackled a project and they were finished in no time. It was a treat to get things fixed, correctly.

Our service precessional was James. He arrived quickly on a Saturday night. He was friendly and professional and explained all of our options and worked hard to deliver the most affordable option. The work was done in a couple of hours at the lowest price quoted with no surprise upcharges and a 30 day warranty on the work.
