Very unprofessional. The owners wife always speeds down our street, usually busy with kids and various activities. I called and said the speed limit was 25 and that she shouldn’t speed when there’s kids around. She promptly hung up on me! Guess she doesn’t like being called out. This is a great company and easy to work with. They have all the new technology to clean the drain fields which saves money with not having to replace them. Thanks

I had a bad experience with this company. They were good to work with at first, but ended up having issues working with them due to the lack of professionalism. I was surprised by added costs to their original quote, no response, nickel and dime on performing work rather than providing an accurate total cost up front. Unfortunately there are few options in the area, but I’d recommend at least performing due diligence and getting a second opinion.

Who's not in a serious pinch when you need help on a septic system? We needed help ASAP to get our toilet's to flush again - Arne's was the only one who'd even pick up the phone! What a relief that they understood my sense of urgency and were able to fit me in same-day. It was a pretty tough job, but they had all of the equipment and tools on their truck to get things working again - they even stayed after their normal business hours to get it wrapped up and done. It's worth noting, when the work was all said and done, my invoice wasn't just a number - I appreciate the detailed invoice helping me understand all the work that was done. They came out to clean a blocked sewer line and pump the tank on Wednesday February 8th, said they would need to bring a jetter back out as they were unsuccessfull in snaking the line, DID NOT here from them for 7 days!!! no working plumbing!!! after all said in done over $1650, note: have had actuall plumbers out to do same service twice for under$400
