Was sent out by warranty company. Left without finishing their work told warranty company work was finished and wont ever answer the phone!

Called my warranty company to request services and paid my 75.00 service fee on 04/11. They set up for me to contact Hodges Plumbing and Heating. I called them and spoke with the owner, a female, at 1:43 pm. She told me that she would try to get her techs out to my house before 5:30 pm if possible but she set an appointment for her techs to come the following day between 9:00 am and 9:30 am. The following morning, at 9:40, no one had shown up. I called 5 times and no one answered. Finally a man answered on the 6th call and he asked me the same questions the owner had asked me the previous day, asking what was needing to be done. I told him and explained that I had an appointment set and no one had come out. He told me that the owner was not in and that he didn't know anything about my appointment. He said he didn't think he could get the techs out because they were already going to other appointments and that he would call back. Several hours later, no call. I called my warranty company and cancelled the service call. If your warranty company tries to use them, tell them use someone else.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this company was horrible. I have a Warranty on my house so they have contract with them. (In which I’m going to make a formal complaint) one of my water pipes busted and the company came on 4 April 2018 to fix my pipe. They cut out a whole on my wall to check the pipe and realized that they didn’t have the proper equipment to fix it and they said that they would be back Thursday or Friday (5-6 April) I had to call the office to get an exact date and time so that I could take time from work. When I called the lady was rude from the very beginning and very unprofessional. She then told me that they would be here to fix my pipe on Friday from 5-6pm. Friday came along and they showed up at 7:30pm and they had to leave because they didn’t have the proper equipment again. The gentlemen said that they apologize and that they would be here for sure Monday (9 April) at 5:00 pm. I then asked who was the lady that answers the phone and he then said it was the owner. I told him that she is very rude and he was not surprised with my remark. Monday comes along and nothing..... I didn’t even get a phone call that they weren’t coming. I then call my warranty company and they called Hodges Plumbing office and the lady (owner) said that they had other people scheduled and that they would be here Tuesday morning (10 April) and that they would call me. I never received a call from them. So I called my warranty company today (Tuesday, 10 April) at 1000 to let see if the company was still coming to fix my pipe and they put me on hold while the called Hodges Plumbing. The owner then told my warranty company that she was going to call me shortly to let me know what time they were coming to fix my pipe. It’s noon and havent heard back. Very unprofessional. Take your business somewhere else. Save yourself the headache and time.

The experience with Hodges Plumbing was absolutely the worst I have ever had with a company. I would give them negative stars if possible. I'm going to make this short and direct. Had a scheduled appointment with them between 0930 and 1030 to replace my garbage disposal through my home warranty company. They finally arrived at 1500 to complete the job satisfactory. Besides that if that's not enough the workers (one in particular) was rude and very unprofessional. I attempted to contact the owner or anyone in the office to get answers, but after numerous attempts no one answered the phone. Even the warranty company tried with no success. Finally about thirty minutes later owner called (she seemed very nice) trying to explain what went wrong and apologizing for her employee(s) unprofessionalism and ensuring me he would apologize. I told her that was not necessary that I only wanted my garbage disposal replaced. I normally never post negative feedback especially to local small businesses, but I wanted to warn others about their terrible customer service and service period! I would not do business with this company again or recommend them to anyone. This seems to be a pattern and not just a one off mistake check out all the most recent 1star reviews besides mine.
