While Joe the owner was nice and very knowledgeable, he did not show up to do the work himself. He didn't tell me this beforehand. He sent over a couple of contractors to do the work; one was good / one was not. I pointed out to the worker who was not so good, and he became upset that I expected my brand new water heater to still look brand new after he was done. He dented and scratched the unit by leaning a ladder into it instead of putting the ladder to the side of the unit. Also burned the house drywall when using a torch to solder the new piping. Very sloppy. Based upon my experience, I can't recommend. I hope Joe is able to the best people in the future; he's a nice guy and deserves to have the best contractors working for him.

Our water heater broke a couple of hours before our grandson's wedding. It could have been a disaster, but Fowler Plumbing was on top of it. They came immediately and helped us get the water off and then started the restoration process the very next morning. One of the things that most impressed us was their professionalism and thoughtfulness. Fowler workers were very thoughtful and had good communication during the entire time. Fowler Plumbing is owned and operated by a very caring and honest person, Joe Del Castillo, who knows his business from top to bottom. He has years of experience, and is very talented in many aspects of home building and maintenance. He has advised us in more than one instance, and his advice is always right on. Joe helped us repair a very serious leak in the garage ceiling that might have become a nightmare of mold issues had we not followed his advice. There was no waiting. He sprang into action as soon as he heard about our emergency. We are very thankful for him.

After getting the run around with my home warranty company I decided to go with a local business. So glad I did! The technician, Kel, was professional and helpful.
