Craig was an incredible support in helping me diagnose a septic/plumbing issue I was having at my Fallbrook home. He is extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend you give him a call if you have any plumbing issues.

Today I was cleaning the toilet and a chunk of pumice stone broke off and floated up into the abyss. Frantically googling everything I could, I turned the water off, emptied the tank and bowl hoping the pumice stone would emerge with the low water level. Nothing! Fearing the stone had lodged into the pipes, really getting stuck if I flushed it or not knowing if pumice stone is bad for a septic tank I called. I didn’t catch his name but the man who answered the phone is simply a godsend. He eased my worried mind and gave me valuable advice saving me a ton of time and money. I have his number saved in my phone and will recommend to friends and family.

Solid, is the best way to describe this company. Work done right the first time. Prices are fair quality of work is great I call them for ALL my plumbing needs. If you need a plumber you can't go wrong with them.

A little standoffish (watch the time on job tried to charge for extra 1/2 hr of labor arrived @8 am collecting check @ 8:55 be carefully!!!!

Excellent, efficient, timely and quite fairly priced. Yesterday, Craig Shobe came and took care of our old water heater breakdown and replaced it within an hour! and this was at 7pm surely at the end of a busy day. He removed our old water heater as well w/ great friendly service. Had perfectly hot water w/in an hour after install. We asked him about a couple other plumbing needs gas line and old toilet we have been looking for help w/ and he was back today fixing both problems quickly for a very reasonable charge. We will be keeping Shobe Plumbing on our phone list!
