Customer service was awesome setting up an appointment for a siding estimate. I was pleased I got an appointment for the following day at 9AM. Product representative called at 9AM to let me know he was not going to make it. He will be performing his measurements without having access to the back yard to measure the rear of the house. Everyone who has ever done an estimate, inspection, appraisal without us being present has missed the breakfast room on the back of the house obscured by the fence surround the back and side yard. Hopefully he is able to get an accurate measurement.

Ok place to shop, Terrible Place to buy countertops from. Not only did it take 2 months to get the counter tops to come out but we also had crappy contractors come out the first time and say we did the frame all wrong. We called back and complained and they sent new guys out today saying the adjustments we made were pointless like we thought but then they realized whoever did the initial measurements messed up the sink measurements and behind the sink measurements where the counter top meets the angled wall. I know it isnt 100% home depots fault but if they are going to represent their store with installers that cause me to go without a countertop in my kitchen and now a sink for 6 weeks because we tore the old one out assuming the next day they could have it back in place for us. Way to go, never buying a big ticket item here again.
