Plumbing 911

This company is great! They are very professional and knowledgeable about all plumbing issues from sump pumps, water heaters, water lines, toilets, sinks, etc. My appointment time frame was 2-4pm and they got to my home right at 2pm. They also service a wide area from Cleveland to Canton! My toilet was leaking at the bottom but they fixed it in a timely manor. They are very affordable and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone..

I highly recommend asking for the personable, honest Shane at Plumbing 911. In fact, he has been out several times, always on time, notified in advance, prompt return calls from the company, follow-up emails and fair pricing. Truly, have had only positive experiences.

I called close to midnight to schedule an appointment for the next day to unclog a drain. I was given an 8:00 am to 10:00 am time window. The next morning I received a call telling me the plumbers were running behind on an emergency and expanded my time window to noon. Despite this setback, the plumber was there about 9:30 AM and took care of the problem in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Courtesy and efficiency appear to run rampant throughout this organization. Would I use them again? Count on it!

If I could give no stars I would. My husband and I called this company to have them come look at our sump pump and they said they had an appointment range the next day and would a call half hour before coming. They never called to say they were coming and never showed up. No contact with us since.

I called plumbing 911 this morning and they sent someone out same day for a free estimate. I had gotten an estimate from another company who had quoted me $1850 because they said my pipe underground was busted and needed to be replaced! So I decided to get a second opinion and called plumbing 911 and Shaun came out and he said he didn't think that was the case and wanted to do a burst thing and it would be $500 and then they would run a camera to see if there were any holes in the pipe. Well they did it and ran a camera and there were absolutely no holes in the pipe. Shaun was so personable and made sure to explain everything so that I understood. I would recommend them to anyone! Especially since they saved me $1350 that I did not need to spend!
