Crown Group Ohio

Crown was recommended by two people I work with, and they did not disappoint. They responded fast when I had no air conditioning. Ralph the technician was friendly and experienced, and had the problem diagnosed and repaired very quickly. I'm very happy with Crown's service, and I signed up for their annual maintenance plan.

Have only had great experiences whenever Crown has come out to my house. The repairmen are always the utmost professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend.

The Crown Heating technician (Ralph) was prompt and very knowledgeable regarding our AC. He kept us informed as to his procedure s. He was very efficient.

Had a service call roughly a week prior. Issue wasn’t fixed so had another service call scheduled. Time frame was 12-4. A tech didn’t show. Apparently they call before hand and if a customer doesn’t answer the tech gets rerouted. This would have been nice information to know since it didn’t occur on the first service call scheduling nor was the information relayed on the second service call scheduling. Even more frustrating since someone else was waiting at the house the entire time.

Our service technician today was Derick Secrest. He was so efficient and so kind. My husband and I were so very pleased with his work and his great personality. He is definitely an asset to your company. We have been with your company for quite a few years and have always been pleased with your service. All our service techs have been efficient but Derick is above the bar in his service and communication. We are very satisfied with today's visit.
