All we can say is Jeremy is amazing. He’s second to none on knowledge and customer service. We have two crocks with a primary and backup sump pump in each crock. Our the primary/backup pumps in our secondary crock never run because no water ever goes into that crock, so we were concerned there was something blocking the water from getting into that pump based on what we’ve been told by other plumbers. We received an alarm early on Sunday morning that our primary and backup sump pumps in the primary crock both failed, so water was rising in the crock. I was scooping water out of the primary crock while my wife left messages with multiple plumbers trying to get anyone to help us. We had just finished our basement a couple years ago and were concerned about flooding because of the uncertainty of the secondary crock. Fortunately for us, Jeremy was the first call back and was at our home within 30 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation and determined the secondary crock was higher than normal, but not too high that water wouldn’t start going into that crock. It was a little unnerving allowing the water in the primary crock to rise to the top of the crock, but he was right because soon water began going to the secondary crock. Because of an iron-like substance in our ground water, we had a high failure rate of sump pumps over the years. Jeremy recommended a more heavy-duty sump pump given our situation. He didn’t have one readily available, so he offered to install a temporary sump pump at no cost if we were concerned about water not going to the secondary crock. He also came up with a longer-term solution to get more water to flow in the secondary crock, so the water wouldn’t have to rise to such a high in the primary crock. By now, we had such confidence in him that we elected not to have the temporary installed. His technician came out the next day to install the new primary/back-up sump pump, and it is much more durable with a longer-lasting battery. We have too much invested in the basement to go with anything less. His technician was very courteous and helpful. We’ve had multiple plumbers over the years try to determine why the secondary crock never gets any water. The consensus opinion was that there was rock or debris blocking the water from getting into the secondary crock. One suggested trying to snake a camera up the pipe to see, although he admitted this likely wouldn’t determine anything. Another suggested digging up around the footer to determine what was blocking the water. Obviously, none of that would have been necessary. More good things to say about our experience with Jeremy and his company, like our sense of trust in him, but we think we made our point.

Alec and Tyler did an amazing job working til late on our water heater and plumbing needs! Very friendly and explained everything in detail which I appreciated. Definitely recommend!!

I am pretty suspect of a company that has all 5 star reviews, but after today I totally get it. Alec and Ryan showed up exactly as promised and fixed my dishwasher. I could not be happier! I have found my new plumber! Great company and awesome customer service!

It’s a dire situation when you are dependent on the plumber to restore the broken water line on a single digit weather. I was desperate last night when I had to turn the water off the main pipe. As I was googling I came upon JEM, read the rave reviews and decided to try them out. When I called this morning a little after 7, I was greeted by a courteous voice (who turned out to be the owner, Jeremy). He told me they opened at 7:30 and would have the receptionist call me to set up an appointment. Exactly at 7:30 she called and set me up to have John come out at 8:30. John did a great job fixing the pipe within an hour. He cleaned up the mess which I so appreciate as I’m a neat freak. He also looked at my kitchen faucet that needed tightening without charging me. JEM has earned my trust. They are honest, courteous, professional, and their pricing is fair. It gave me a peace of mind to have a plumber that I can depend on for any future needs. I highly recommended them!

Alec came out to assess a leak from a toilet and was able to fix the issue. He took extra time to check our other toilet per my request and was able to fix that one as well. He did a great job at explaining what was wrong and what he fixed. He was friendly and clean. Very happy with the service. Pricing was reasonable too.
