Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The gentleman was pleasant and explained everything he was going to do and what he was not going to do for a water cleanup. I was originally told by someone else that the tiles needed to be replaced but he explained why it was not necessary, which would save me money from filing a insurance claim and getting new tile laid down in my half-bath. I do not recall getting a business card though He really knows his stuff and explained in layman terms and even went so far as to explain scientifically. I really appreciated his service.

Michael #1258 and James # 5272 were extremely patient waiting for the city to come turn the water off so they can fix my main water valve shut off. They did not leave or say they had to come back another day. I appreciated they got the job done and did not give up on waiting for the city. They were very nice and answered all my questions.

Erick (ID #1589) arrived on time and was very professional during his visit. He assessed the situation, discussed pricing and discount options available and explained in detail the work required to resolve our drain issue. He completed the job as planned and cleaned up in a timely and professional manner.

David the technician was very professional. He assessed the situation, wrote up a clear estimate, discussed all options and discounts available and indicated clearly the estimated length of time to complete the job. He completed the job in a timely and clean professional manner.

Keith C. did a wonderful job, he was professional, friendly, and efficent. I was super pleased over-all that I was able to call a plumber after-hours on a Sunday night and then have one sent to my house within 45 minutes. It was a God-send.
