I had a small plumbing issue in my new house, and Columbus Plumbing came to help me out. They even recommended an easier fix than I thought it was going to be, and priced me accordingly, which I really appreciated! They were very prompt, courteous, and professional. Justin and Jamal are awesome! I came home to the sounds of water running running and quickly found that a water pipe had popped in my basement. So I rushed for my phone, found them listed with great reviews and called. The gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and remained calm with me while i was in complete "panic mode" He was able to talk me through getting my water shut off to stop the flooding. They arrived very quickly. Got to work fixing my pipes. Cleaned up the pool of water in my basement. They even fixed a minor issue ive been having with my kitchen sink. Shockingly this all was surprisingly very affordable. They definitely took care of me in my time of need. 5 STAR ALL THE WAY.
Columbus plumbing is an AMAZING company. Justin and Jamal just left my house they fixed my clogged pipe gave me a root treatment and fixed another pipe that was broken in my drain . I knew it was broken but i didn't even know that was the main cause of my flooding problem. Thank you so much. a major weight has been lifted and now we can wash clothes with out flooding our basement and when it rains I don't have to worry about the basement flooding anymore.what was also amazing was they didn't charge me a fortune. Their services are very affordable and cheaper than ALL other companies I have used in the past. I also got a quote over the phone.... totally awesome. Justin is also the owners son which made me feel even more confident in the Services I received .thank you so much again!!
