I am sorry to leave poor feedback on any business, but they quoted me one price after a competitive bid process I undertook to find a plumber, started work, and then tripled their price. Further, they were weeks overdue to complete the work before refusing to complete it unless I paid them more money. I am forced to go elsewhere, delaying a move-in date. I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right, but it never happened. Sorry guys, but if you make a promise, you need to keep it.
BCI Mechanical was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. The scheduler was friendly & assisted us quickly. She was able to schedule a technician the same day. The technician was also friendly & very professional. He located the source of our sewer gas leak & repaired it within 5 minutes. We will definitely use BCI Mechanical again. Great people & top notch service.
