A Water Solution

I have absolutely nothing nice to say about this company. Was in my house less than 5 minutes, refused to work on or even touch the pipes, and still plans on charging me. He strolled out of my front door around noon saying something about this being his last call of the day - rude and frustrating. Update: After trying to charge my insurance company and I a total of nearly one thousand dollars to come back and fix my shower, I reported Matt (the plumber) to the insurance company where he is under review to be removed as an approved contractor. Another plumber came to my house, replaced a rubber washer and fixed the problem completely without extra charge. Check out Yelp reviews (Google allows you to pay to have bad reviews removed). Matt and and A Water Solutions are notorious for bad workmanship and illegal work practices.

Refused to do a thorough check of the plumbing and immediately blamed it on the city sewage.

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible customer service.

The service provider showed up, asked for the check which I gave him. I took him to the hot water heater explained what the issue was. He said there was nothing nothing he could do. I told him I was not paying for nothing. He threw the check at me and stormed to the front door. Once there he started yelling and I told him to leave. He went outside kicked my trashcan over and drove away.
