Horrible.. these guys missed 3 consecutive appointments in 4 days.. waited 4+ hours each time then was outright lied to..said I was next in line.. said I was the 1st appointment the next day.. said they'd be there in an hour.. after the 3rd miss I finally called a REAL plumber and scheduled my repair.. . tired of the run around.. 0 stars.. I cringe everytime I see their commercials.. they are the WORST
Took them 12 hours to put in hot water tank. Like he didnt know what he was doing Didnt know how to connect the water filter. I have leaking and my down stairs water is not getting any hot water at all.
Attempted to use the scare tactic and overpriced their services. I had someone else do the work and inspected my line for less than half of what mr. rooter wanted.
