ARS / Rescue Rooter Columbus

We had some nasty plumbing work done this summer. I just want to commend ARS and all the team who worked on our mess. Everyone was so kind and respectful. I especially would like to thank Jacob who really went way beyond our expectations to make sure everything was done correctly. I am just so thankful for this team and their commitment to great service.

Leo from ARS came out and installed a gas fireplace in my house, as well as doing some gas line repairs. He was prompt and courteous, and all work performed was within the reasonably priced estimate. I would definitely use these guys again for any of my plumbing needs.

Don't use this company! They will not even give a quote without seeing the problem first which means they want just charge you a bunch of money. Any company who cannot give a rough quote when you know the exact work thats needed is just out to get your money.

Had the best bid. Came to do the work promptly when scheduled in a couple of days, was on time and got the job done smoothly. Can't ask for more.

Leo did a Great job installing the cast iron plumbing! Leo is thorough and makes sure everything is done correctly. Great guy to Work with!
