Dona Sousa, Are you kidding me! You had no choice? There are hundreds of plumbers in the area you could of called. Did they hold a gun to your head? I highly doubt it. You made the choice to call them and you made the choice to have them do the work. Accept responsibility for your actions and quit playing the victim when you are in complete control of your decision making. They charged 5 Times what its worth? Lol. How do you know what it's worth. Are you a licensed plumber who understands what it cost to run a business and hopefully retire one day? I doubt you are. So just because some friend or another unlicensed person you talked to ( who has no clue how to run a business ) said the price was to high your going play the over charged card. People who are telling you that are the exact people who keep good contractors like Active Rooter in business because they probably are having fix these unlicensed people's work. You had a choice from the beginning. If you didn't have an idea what the cost was going to be then that's your fault for having them come out. Then you write a bad review because you want someone to feel sorry for you and your decision. Pathetic

I began having problems with the plumbing in my 65 year old house. The drains in both sinks and bathtub were slow to drain and the one and only toilet stopped working completely. I did a quick search online and found Active Rooter. After reading the reviews and seeing they were located just a few miles away, I decided to call. This was absolutely the best thing I could have done. Mark was here in no time and diagnosed the problem. He was able to temporarily open the drains and then was able to completely replace old cast iron pipe and trenched with new out to my septic tank. Everything start to finish in 2 days and at a cost that was half of what I thought it would be. I highly recommend Active Rooter and believe me, Mark will take care of any plumbing needs. I plan to have him back to upgrade my water lines, put in a sink in my garage, and maybe even a walk in tub eventually.

Had issues with water coming into my basement I talked to a few basement waterproofing companies and not one could find the problem. They just recommended expensive waterproofing jobs that wouldn't have fixed my problem. I found Active Rooter on the internet read nothing but good reviews so I gave them a call. That day they were at my house and discovered the problem cracked and clogged drain tile pipes. Mark explained every detail on he could fix it. Wasn't pushy at all he told me exactly what the problem was how he would fix it and the price. The price was extremely reasonable and the work was exceptional. No corners were cut he did exactly what he said he would do and mist importantly my problem is fixed my basement is DRY!! If your looking for QUALITY work Active Rooter is your company. Saying im extremely satisfied is an understatement. Thanks Again.

I am writing a 5 plus star review for this company. I had a water leak that caused my water bill to spike, after calling 4 different plumbers. Most blowing me off as it was a small job or rescheduling the estimate over and over. Two finally showing up to look at the problem and told me they would have to dig up my whole front yard, side walk and maybe even into the slab without a guarantee they would find the leak. Mark came on a Saturday spent an hour and actually researched where the leak was coming from and where the supply was. He found a solution to reroute the water line to eliminate the outside faucet that was leaking in the slab. This saved me thousands of dollars. He also fixed my dishwasher and added a water supply for a fridge, without adding too much to the quote. It is extremely frustrating dealing with contractors that are only interested in the big jobs and aren't willing to find affordable alternatives. Mark fixed the problem without a one solution is the only way approach. He took time to really look at what was happening. I will be dilgent in referring this company to everyone.

We had a serious issue with roots in a sewer drain. First, they arrived when they stated they would. Second, they were professional and resolved the issue surprisingly fast. Third, they even took the time to vacuum out anything that could potentially cause an issue in the future. Mark and the two Tech’s were both courteous and professional. Will definitely use them again if (when) needed. Thank you for a great job!
