I have had Scott out several times, but every time I need these guys they are on it immediately, they are professional, they are knowledgeable, they are well presented, and most of all THEY CARE! I'll never use anyone else for my septic and related service needs, customer for life!

The experience was great! I had an emergency call out. The overtime rate was reasonable and the service was exceptional. They were pumping within an hour of calling on a Saturday evening. You can't beat that!

Had a frozen septic line at our cabin I discovered on a weekend visit. Called Alpine who does my periodic pumping and they rushed to my place to thaw the line and get me back in service. The crew was competent, witty and quick. They made a few suggestions to help prevent this from happening again. Very much appreciated the honest and funny communication. The guys were great. Hope to see them again......just not working on my septic system!
