I am giving 4 stars rather than 5 stars-- so you can see that I am not a 5 star bot. The yelp 1 star reviews mixed with the 5 star reviews made me a bit nervous but everything worked out! Maxim was able to help with a toilet tank leak issue (supply valve hose needed to be replaced) within a few hours after I called. I was out of town and had tenants staying in my apartment - so it wasn't anything I could problem solve on my own. He worked quickly and the tenants were happy to have it resolved. The price was not cheap but the work was fixed within two hours after my initial phone call.

Twinkle Group LLC is a great company and the staff is polite and delicate. My project was from the category of those that, it seems, will take an hour or two, but in fact it took several days. It was not the expert’s fault - it was due to many factors. To start with, we needed to install a toilet, which was non standard. It was big and it needed to be lifted to the top. Everything concerning the installation of the toilet was complicated, partially because of its design. It was necessary to turn off water in the house, and in addition to this it is a new apartment building, we didn’t know how to do this. Moreover, we needed two additional fixings in the floor, which was also more difficult than it seemed to be initially. Finally, the toilet was successfully installed, but then there was a problem with the neighbor’s toilet. The pipes of the building were filled up with sediment which was filling the neighboring toilets as well. I called the company again, the plumber came back to us the same day and unclogged all the pipes. I could go on with the story, but in fact I wanted to say that the guys from the company were professional, there was a complete understanding of my problem, I would gladly pay them more than the bill was, but they refused and took nothing more than their current price demand. Twinkle Group LLC is the only plumbing company I will use in future.

Excellent Service and communication. I was really impressed with the speed and response from them. I had a broken water heater which needed replacing. I called three different plumbers who all gave me different stories until I found this company on Yelp, they were courteous and professional and saw the project from purchasing the replacement water heater on my behalf to making an excellent job fitting it in. They are very competitive and willing to go that extra mile. I was offered all different kinds of heaters by the other plumbers but none of them actually advised me on the correct size and type for my needs. Except for this company. Thank you I would highly recommend them.

During last couple of weeks I’ve experienced some issues with my tankless water heater. It was taking too long for it to heat up the water. I found this company on Yelp and sent them a message describing a problem. I was offered a free estimate to find our the problem but we couldn’t agree on a day as my working schedule is not flexible at all. I was offered an appointment at 7 p.m. though their office works till 6 p.m. only. The plumber arrived on time, professional and polite. It was a mineral buildup, so it was cleaned out straightaway without booking one more appointment what was very convenient for me. Now it takes only 15 minutes for water to get hot. Perfect job! Service is excellent, five stars only. Fair price for the job they do. I’ve come through couple of plumbing companies, but this one offered me the best price. Quick responses on my request. Thank you. I would definitely recommend only Twinkle Group.

The boiler in our Manhattan building needed to be replaced, no heat or hot water! Maksym was very professional, responsive, and explained all options before starting his work. He returned a few times to regulate the heat and made sure everything was working to our expectations. I would definitely use this company again! Very professional.
