Had a slab leak in rental units. The tiles were hot. Had 3 estimates up to $1800. CET was the lowest at $900. Chad came out on time . 30 min later he had the floor torn out . He had the pipe repaired and a temporary floor in place for the tenants. The next day o,n time again ,he brought a close enough tile match and had it set Without a hitch. In addition he picked up a 10 ft clothing wood pole and installed it with brackets in our attic. Really ? Super nice guy. 2 huge opposing problems done by one efficient gentlemen,Chad at CET
Chad's an excellent tradesman. He just completed his third job for us and he has gone above and beyond every time for us. Last time he came by last minute on the 4th of July to help us out with an emergency. Hes extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and has a great knack for pointing out and solving issues that we needed repaired but had lived with for so long had not even brought up. Call him up next time you need an estimate. He will be your plumber for life.
