Colepepper plumbing was Awesome! They came at a moment's notice, they worked with me and my insurance company easily, and were very professional. I appreciate the fact that they also advised me of other issues I may have to fix in the future. They are great!

I had multiple gas leaks due to old, underground pipes. Colepepper (Sean) did an outstanding job replacing it with prompt, reliable service and high quality workmanship. Excellent job!

They unclogged a toilet for us. The technician called and arrived early; fixed the problem and we were back in business within about 2 hours. Fast, efficient service. The price was fair; not cheap. I have a problem with their call center phone answering. The connection was poor so communication was difficult. The person who answered had no idea about local towns. I had to talk the to the ordering dept and then after a brief exposure to music, the scheduling dept. I almost hung up and looked for another plumber.

The high quality of work you’d expect from a plumbing company when you need it. Bryon came out to our house on a Sunday morning and was punctual, the definition of courteous and very informative. He repaired a leaking water line that had already caused damage to drywall/cabinets/carpet. Let us know that they have mitigation capabilities for the subsequent damage (our homeowners insurance already set that up with another company) and that they could take care of us from start to finish, which was great to know. We couldn’t have asked for better service than what we received from Bryon at Colepepper Plumbing. They worked with us on pricing (I was taken back when over the phone they said there was no service charge for assessment and quote, which every other company had one close to $100) Highly recommend them, and we will definitely be using them in the future for our plumbing needs. Amazing service. That is the only way I can describe it. I have had lousy service from some of the big companies in town. I love this company and their employees. I'm not sure how they attract such great people.
