Don’t waist your time!!! Made an appointment for first thing in the am, called them back 11:30a to find out when they were coming. Was told they tried to call me to tell me it would be afternoon, my phone showed no record of a call. They never showed up! Waisted my whole day! I feel I should bill them for my time.
I wish I could give Zero stars. Dont back up their work, absolutely unresponsive. When they finally respond, they make an appointment they never keep. The definition of unprofessionalism. DO NOT HIRE!!!!
Have done several different things at my house and have always been professional and fair! :-)
They fixed the problem but were significantly over priced. 3hrs of labor + Plastic Tub Shower Waste Overflow Drain Kit. ($40 in parts) = $500.00 bill! Nothing was itemized on the bill, just a total. No details, like parts and labor. I called to inquire. They said someone would get back to me. It's been a week, no call yet! I will never use again.
