Andrew was friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me some good advice about our furnace filter. Arrived on time (early, actually!) and worked quickly. I would recommend Andrew (and all Taylor techs I've dealt with).

John is super friendly and even greeted the dogs. He answered all my questions and concerns and did not try to sell me something I did not need. Love having their contract. Even if I do not need the emergency service it pays for itself in the two general services I get each year.

Earlier this summer we had our annual "checkup" on our gas fireplace insert. Our tech that did the maintenance found cracks in the glass of the fireplace. He immediately showed me and said he would order a new glass. Because be bought the fireplace from Taylor and have regular maintenance, they were on top of the situation and said it would be covered. As soon as the part came in, Taylor came and replaced it. As always, when the techs come to do work, they take the greatest care to make sure everything is done right. Thanks guys!!!

I am so happy to have Taylor Heating for my HVAC. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I just had my a/c unit looked at by Gerome Weaver, and he was extremely helpful and explained in detail of what needed to be done and why for my repair. I’ve never felt pressured by any staff to complete a repair. I love this company.
