Found Plumbing Squad on google when our shower faucet leaked badly-- actually it no longer dripped. The staff scheduled me today, same day as phone call. She called when Jack was in his way. Jack diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote, to which I agreed, and went to work, finishing in a half hour on two bathrooms' faucet washers. He explained why washers were wearing out and made suggestions for future repair. The price was very fair. I paid on the spot and was pleased and relieved. Jack genuinely enjoys his work, takes pride in it, takes time to explain things. We felt comfortable and confident with him. I will definitely ask for him again.
