The Roto-Rooter man was courteous and efficient, so efficient that it only took him 10 minutes to clear my shower drain. The reason I couldn't give the service five stars is that they charge $255 for that 10 minutes. When I questioned the amount he did give me a $20 coupon discount. He was here an additional 10 minutes and of course there would be travel time, nevertheless I think the fee is a little outrageous. Next time I'll call someone else and ask them up front how much.
