Second Opinion Plumbing LLC

I'm not going to go into the whole story but the basic premise is that my home warranty company recommended a different company (Ideal Services...HORRIBLE COMPANY) and they dropped the ball massively. Second Opinion Plumbing stepped in as their replacement from the warranty company. They almost got a one-star rating themselves. Bare with me, it's worth the read... Their first guy came out two different occasions and never could get the toilet fixed. The second time he was out there he said he had to go buy a part and he would be back in an hour or two. After not showing back up for 7 hours I called and found out that not only did he not show back up to my house but he actually never showed up for work ever again. To make matters worse he had taken all of the parts for my toilet and apparently wasn't returning calls from the company either. When a second gentleman named Eric came out after that debacle. I thought we were in a similar situation to the first company that was sent out. He came in and told me that they were not able to reach the other guy and get the parts for the toilet but then he realized he was going to have to order new parts. I was actually really angry about this at the time because this would make it a total of five visits for this one company to fix my toilet. But, Eric promised he would get the parts ordered and promised me he would call me back in a couple of days and he kept his promise. Not only that but he scheduled it for the very next day. He came out and even though the toilet gave him an absolute hell of a time, he got it fixed and working perfectly. If you need a plumber, call Second Opinion. If your home warranty company tries to send Ideal Services to your house, tell them you don't want Ideal Services. Term them you only want Second Opinion Plumbing. Most warranty companies use them, but unfortunately they're not the first choice. They almost always go with Ideal Services before any other company. If you don't have a home warranty, make them your first call...you'll be glad you did. These guys are great and believe me when I tell you that if I ever need Plumbing again they will be the first call I make.

I called a few places for my plumbing emergency but ended up choosing second opinion plumbing because right from the 1st phone call their professionalism was 10 out of 10. They made me feel at ease and assured me they would be able to help me in a timely manner. The price was completely fair and well worth the service received. The staff from beginning to end was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using second opinion plumbing.

So thankful for Second Opinion Plumbing they are always quick and so helpful. They answer all my questions and are always on time and are very professional. Albert was great and very informative. I appreciate all his help and caring manner.

Spoke to Maggie about getting someone out to fix my water heater ! She sent someone the same day and has the best customer service. Very polite , friendly, and know her job very well. Good job Maggie I’m glad I had the best customer service with you! Keep up the GREAT work
