Fair priced and excellent customer service. I'm not exaggerating. I spoke with Saul on the phone and Fernando came and did the estimate and the install. Both are polite and respectful and if I ever need any plumbing in the future, I will contact MC and I will request Fernando. I'm in the customer service industry too. Very happy especially now we have highly filtered clean water.

This is my first time using MC Plumbing LLC. I am very pleased with the service and response to my need of a new hot water heater. Homero was prompt each and every time he came to my home. He was very helpful in his explanation and recommendations to me. I couldn’t be happier with the service, response and workmanship that was completed. I don't know where you found Scott McGhie but you should go back and see if you can find more just like him. He was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly and did a great job. He gave us several water heater options, and answered all my questions about an old water softener that wasn't working well. He gave us the information and let us decide without trying to push us into something we really didn't need. We ended up replacing the water heater and softener, and we are very happy with both.
