Holy hell balls! This company is the best out there. I had Andrew come and unclog my kitchen drain. Fast, efficient, friendly, incredibly knowledgable and extremely fair pricing. Exceptional service, have used them twice now. We have had an issue with the water here (on a Well) and have called 3 other plumbers before we got ahold of Summit. All 3 other companies had no clue as to the issue and how to resolve it, Jeremy at Summit knew right way the problem and it only ended up costing a fraction and saved us a big headache for when we sell our house!! The girls in the office are nice too.

I was very pleased with Summit Plumbing. Summit was assigned to me through American Home Shield. The problem with my water heater started at 4 p.m., the Friday before the start of the Memorial Day weekend. I had no hot water. I contacted Summit on Saturday morning. Jeremy came to my home on Sunday and by Monday afternoon my water heater was swapped out for a brand new one. I could not have asked for better service under the conditions of a holiday. Jeremy was very professional. I would definitely call Summit in the future.

Their work and prices see fine, but their customer service in terms of scheduling someone to come out or following up with phone calls is terrible. If I didn't follow up myself to try and get someone to come out I don't think they would have ever called me back. Did some research and went with another company.

I've always had great experiences with summit! I've had them come out twice, with two different problems. The office ladies always give me a call to let me know they're on their way. They are always really nice people and work hard. They're reasonably priced and make sure things are done right.
