Service and products are EXCELLENT! My old water heater was on its last leg. My furnace was over due for replacement. Requested an estimate for a new water heater, and furnace, and within a short period of time had a detailed estimate. Met with the installer, they were able to schedule the work in a timely manner and by 6p had a new water heater, and a new furnace!
