KAP Mechanical Services LLC

Our builder used Kap Machanical to plumb our home. We have had three separate issues in the last 6 years that has caused damage to our home. Our contractor instructed us to speak with Kap to repair the damage. We contacted Kap but he refused to make any repairs or take responsibility for any damages that has accured. We have had to have all repairs completed by other well qualified plumbers and contractors out of our own pocket. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend anyone else use them.

MY Furnace went out, called all over town with no availability, KAP was able to send out a tech right away, a new part was required, they had the new part the next day, cleaned by furnace & got it running right away. They even lent me a space heater for the night till the new part arrived. Great fast service!

When the furnace & water heater in the property I was renting went out I called everyone in town with nothing available for two weeks, KAP was able to get to me the next day and loaned me a space heater till they could arrive. They were a little more than the other companies, but you pay for what you get; they got me a new igniter & gas valve right away my furnace as up and running with no issues. I would highly recomend KAP for your heating &

Very unprofessional, didn't value me as a customer, kept canceling appointments and full of excuses as to why they couldn't come by. After a week of dealing with them I found another company that was able to install a new water heater the next day. When I informed Heather that I no longer needed a water heater but I would still like a quote for my furnace this was the response I received. "Kim, This is heather from KAP. Unfortunelty we had to leave on an emergency service call. I was also just instructed that we are at capacity and unable to take on any new clients. I would suggest that you have the company who is installing your water heater also give you pricing for your furnace. We wish you the best in your repairs." Clearly they did not value my business. If they truly were at capacity and unable to take on new clients, wouldn't they have known that when I first called? I will never recommend this company.

Called to set up a quote, I was told that they do not come out and give quotes and that I could take pictures of what I was needing and they could take a look, because that's what I want to do is crawl under my house and take a bunch of pictures. I was also told that if they came out to my house to look at what I was needing they would have to charge me. I will be taking my business elsewhere and spend my money with someone who actually wants to take the time to come give me a fair quote.
