Yes! Air Conditioning & Plumbing

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST SERVICE PERIOD. They did a tune-up on our AC units this morning. Outside only. My units were working FINE before they came. I left shortly after and returned to a very hot upstairs. My unit is now not working. I contact them (11pm) to be told they can come at 8am. NOT acceptable I tell him. This is BECAUSE they were here. Now we have to suffer? I ask him to troubleshoot with me. HE CAN’T...he’s just a dispatcher. I ask for management. I’m told he will request I get contacted and to expect 24-48 hours. SERIOUSLY!? Don’t use them. NOT worth the aggravation. Oh and we had THREE homes tuned-up in our family today. Guess that doesn’t matter either. Sierra Air or Sunrise NEVER gave service like this. They actually CARED about their customers.

I'm honestly incredibly surprised this company has the rating it does. This is the worst company I've ever worked with in my entire life, in any way shape or form. THE MOST EXPENSIVE AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. If you use this company for any work you are making a terrible mistake. They charged us double what any other company would charge, scared us into thinking we needed repairs that we didn't need, left the job unattended for over 3 hours while we we're without any water, was told they would call me back about four times over the course of a week or two and they never did. This company lies to and steals from the hard-working locals of Las Vegas on a daily basis. It is so bad that I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau in regards to work they did at my house. Do not sign any paperwork at all with these people. It's a massive money making scam. I did my research and found out they aren't even locally owned. They are owned by rich hedge-fund people from the East Coast and all they care about is money. I strongly recommend you stay away from doing any business at all with this company.

Chris and Jason were awesome. We ended up going with another company only because YES didn't include the concrete for the huge job we needed done. It was a big mistake and we should of stayed with YES. Remember, cheaper isn't alway better. I'm rating them a 5 star just because of the great service that was done by Chris and Jason.

I was trying to get estimate for installing 2 new toilets. Vegas has the worst plumbers. They make u wait for hours and don’t show up . YES technicians were at my door at appointment time. Team off two. Extremely efficient and nice. Estimate was clear no hidden costs. I didn’t use them . Their were out of my budget . They are dependable

Such a great and professional team. Mark put in quality time to inspect and give us an estimate on replacing our air conditioning system. Him and his team were able install our brand new system the same day. Will definitely reach out again for any air conditioning and plumbing services.
