AWESOME! I waited to get my leak fixed because i thought it would be a huge deal on second floor. He could have told me anything was needed and I would not ha e known any sifferent. Top notch service, from both the office and from Junior who came out and did the repairs. Kristen and Anthony were so easy to work with getting the appointment setup ASAP for the next morning and they even scheduled me for a 7am appt. Junior the plumber showed up at 6:58am, ready to work with the water heater already on his truck. Great way to start!! Next Junior drained the old water heater while setting out the parts on the ground for the new water heater. Junior then hooked up the new water heater tested all the lines. Junior was done pretty quickly and cleaned everything up with a broom. I paid over the phone with a credit card and received a confirmation email and all went very smoothly. Can’t ask for anything more. Never received a better experience.
