Devin T. did a 110% job and was very fast and friendly. He was right on time and there was no wait period at all. His professionalism showed and everything works great. Your phone operators were also really friendly and patient over the phone. Thank you B&D Industries Team for helping to get my bathroom in order.
I recently purchased a new HVAC system from B&D, and the experience was absolutely top-notch. Excellent product, outstanding service. Special commendations to Project Engineer Juan Olveda and his supervisor, Jody Wolfe. And to Jeremy Johnson, who was in charge of the installation.
Great service & Fast response Dylan Mowrer did an excellent job at our house today. He was very fast and professional. Thanks B&D.
They were recommended by a co-worker so I used them. The tech that came out was really cool he did the work and I paid them with a check which was recommended by the lady in the office. Then a month later I get an invoice from them turns out they can't find my check geez. Then to top it off less than 6 weeks after performing the work (replacing an a/c switch) I turn on my AC and my lights flicker and the unit sounds like it's going to fall off my roof. I call them and they tell me they can send someone to look at it but if they determine it has nothing to do with the work they did they would charge me for the service call to troubleshoot it and if I choose to have them fix it they would charge me for that as well but either way I would owe them money. I will never use this company again they are horrible. They must pay people for the good reviews they do have.
B&D plumber was friendly and nice. He was called to change a shower faucet at my current apartment rent (Housing Authority) in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Unfortunately, the work had a couple of problems. The shower wall panel was cut (It seems with a reciprocating saw), and the faucet has the "C" position with the hot water as "Caliente" and the "H" should be a factory misspelling as "Hicy" (seems the Hot/Cold water inputs are changed). Thanks to James Wright, who invented the silicone, the plumber covered all details with the "brilliant" rubber. Anyway, people are free to choose in case of need. If it were my case, I would not call B&D Industries for anything.
