Reliable Plumbing & Drain

I called reliable and I ask the technician if he could do a job for emergency after hours. I explained to him that we had a toilet clogged and it was effecting other toilets. He stated "I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THAT" Reliable just missed out on a BIG commercial opportunity property that we are seeking a plumbing company to do business with.

The guy called the next day after placing the request and came the same day to replace my garbage disposal. He was great and I didn't have to wait any length of time to have my problem taken care of.

I hired them to unclog a drain and had to call them back because it wasn't done right then they got rude and said they were going to charge me for another hour of work when the guy came he fixed it and left without saying a word I called them to help connect a stove and they refused to answer my calls. About a month later my in-laws hired them to do some work and they did half the job and haven't gone back to finish! Its been a week and they won't answer their calls or messages so I called and they hung up on me and when I called right back they wouldnt answer so that's the last time our family deals with them and I wouldn't recommend using them at all they have no people skills.

Called to have them come look at a garbage disposal on may 24th. Didn't hear back from them until I called back on June 1st, and they said they lost the info. Then didn't hear back until June 3rd when I called again and they said they were just too busy and didn't have the necessary parts to do the job anyways.

Lyle and I have always responded within hours of when I called. I called about an issue with a hot water heater prior to 8 am and my tenant had a new hot water heater installed before she got off work that same day.
