I would not recommend using this company. Yes they came out the same day I called for service but the service they provided was not what their add promised. They came out looked at my A/C unit and told me it was out of coolant and would need to be completely replaced. Which would cost approximately $8,000. Charged me $154 to tell me this diagnosis. They said my A/C had a leak somewhere in the system. To figure out where it was and fix that and fill it up with coolant it would cost approximately $2-3,000 and could not be warrantied. So they said it would be better to just replace the whole unit. I had my usual A/C guy who had been out of town come and check the unit and upon further inspection it turned out to be an $80 part that had to be replaced. The system was not out of or even low on coolant. After replacing this $80 part my A/C unit has been working perfectly fine. The company was contacted by my repair man and informed of the situation and told they should refund my money. I have not heard from the company. I think it is s shame that we have companies in Santa Fe willing to take our money and not provide the service they claim to do. They take advantage of people that don’t know what else to do but to pay to get their A/C fixed when it is extremely hot outside. I think they should be held accountable for trying to take advantage of people. Bottom line I would never recommend this company and I will tell anyone that ever asks what my experience was with them.

Got to our casita at 2 p.m. and discovered our water heater had failed. Called Paul's immediately. They were on-site by 3 pm and we had hot water by 7 pm. You can't ask for better service than that! Yes, it was expensive, but what emergency isn't? We are happy to recommend them. Great, rapid service with a positive outcome. They even filled out the paperwork for our NM Natural Gas rebate! Thank you!

Called for a water heater replacement, and was very impressed with the plumber (Luke) I just can’t Express how nice and confident he was in explaining and doing his job. I have had many plumbers before and can ensure that the quality of the job was exceptional as well as the price. Thank you!!!

I had family visiting from Arizona and my heater decided it wanted to go rogue. I called Paul’s plumbing and Luke showed up within 20 minutes. ( Which is unheard of) and was able to get my heater running within the hour. Had a fantastic experience and will continue to use Paul’s plumbing in the future.
