Our sales representative Bill came to our house and gave us the many options for A/C in our home. He showed us where we should place the Mitsubishi split units for our best results. The price fit our budget, we accepted the proposal and were given a start date. Adrian and Nicolas came to our house and installed the units expertly. They were very polite and courteous of our home. Any mess that they made they promptly cleaned up. When the install was completed in two days Adrian showed us the operation of the units and how the remotes worked. We have had the units on for just a day, we are more than pleased with the performance. All being said Roadrunner did a great job, sales staff, and high praise for Adrian and Nicolas.

Derek showed up on time with notification that he was on his way. He was professional and immediately pointed out my issues and explained them to me. He fixed everything that could be fixed on the spot, with measurements taken for a quote to do more. The charge for service was reasonable. I will use Roadrunner again.
