We just had our water softener and reverse osmosis systems installed by Rich and Ben. What a pleasure it was working with both of them. They were highly professional, courteous and informative. After each installation they explained how each system worked and also gave us a short but informative walk through of the systems. We cannot praise them enough for being great people and great installers. Thank you Rich and Ben.

Eddie and Jesus just finished installing our new central air conditioning. We were so impressed with their efficiency, knowledge, attention to detail, and personable and considerate presence. The job was completed on schedule; they arrived when expected. They were committed and polite and able. We are very happy with the way this installation went.

Alex came by for a seasonal change over and an estimate for a new furnace. Punctual, personable, and thorough going, he took time explaining everything, with no high pressure sales approach. Instead he was reasonable, knowledgeable, thought options through with me, took the time. Well done; such competence and respect for the customer is refreshing and inspires confidence in the company. They've got my business from now on. 5/31/19 update. Just wanted to add a follow-up on the installation of the furnace and evaporative cooler. Raul and Jeff arrived promptly for the install, were down to business right out of the gate, courteous, efficient, and conscientious. They problem solved creatively with consultation by staff at the office when there was an unexpected complication (went out of their way, very honest), and genuinely demonstrated pride in the job they were doing (rare nowadays in my experience). Alex came by after the work was done to do a walk through with me and again was generous with his time and attention to detail, ensuring my satisfaction with the work. Without exaggeration, every member of their team with whom I interacted was first rate and unfailingly professional, including Holly in scheduling and Jason, a manager with whom I spoke briefly when the above mentioned unanticipated complication arose during the installation. The work culture in this business must be remarkable; these folks are good, really good.

I made contact with Sun City, while experiencing problems with a system that Sears had installed. Sun City was prompt, Knowledgeable and courteous. Jason came to our home, assessed the MESS that Sears had left. Jason provided me with an estimate and made very knowledgeable recommendations. NO Pressure what so ever. In my research of the Sun City name, I could not find any negative comments or conversations. I made an appointment for a complete install which included the Coil, Condenser and Furnace. Eddie, Jesus and Jeff were right on schedule, and eager to fix the Sears Mess. This team of experts were courteous, Clean and very well mannered. Me, being very inquisitive, watched them closely and asked many questions. All of my questions were answered candidly and with expertise. Eddie, Jesus and Jeff had nothing to hide. This team made me feel as if I was the ONLY and BEST customer, no one else existed on this day. The install was immaculate, Perfection to the utmost standard. Sears should take lessons from this company. The system was fired up, Eddie, Jesus and Jeff made sure that the system was operating at peak performance, and Explained to us how to use the thermostat. The team assured me that they are a phone call away if be needed. I felt very comfortable and pleased with my decision to use Sun City. The team advised me that a Technician would be in contact with me the following week for a quality check of the system and install. As Eddie, Jesus and Jeff drove off at the end of the day. I accepted them into my personal family. I was contacted, a few days later and an appointment was made for the Quality check. Alex was Right on time, also very courteous, Knowledgeable and clean. Alex went over the install, once again I felt SPECIAL, Alex did a diagnostic of the system, Alex's pride in the Sun City Name was obvious, he bragged on the work that Eddie, Jesus and Jeff do on a daily basis. This has been a very refreshing experience. At the end of the day it made me realize that, Quality still exists. Sun City Met and Exceeded our expectations. Happy Wife, Happy Life. If you need a quality install or need a Mess cleaned up, Sun City is the Name.

Aug 22 We had used Sun City previously to replace our garbage disposal and were happy with the service. When our kitchen faucet decided to start dripping we gave them a call. Jeff, Service Tech, was here in just a few hours. Jeff was professional, knowledgeable and had the replacement parts needed to due the repair. Will definitely call them for all our plumbing repairs
