The receptionist is so rude. I haven’t even gotten service yet and almost want to cancel with how the receptionist answers the phone. She clearly does not like her job and should not be in customer service. UPDATE: Patrick, the technician couldn’t be nicer and quickly accessed the problem. If you can get past the rude receptionist, you should be delighted by the actual service.
Tony was the technician who responded to our urgent call to fix our heater which was broken. Tony is absolutely amazing and very honest. He did not give up until the job was done. He tried different permutations and combinations before giving up and selling a new unit for us. We contacted Paul’s heating and cooling and they were AWFUL. They gave us a false carbon monoxide reading and tried to sell us a $10K unit. After tony fixed our heating he checked for carbon monoxide levels and it was a zero. We also bought a CO detector from Walmart which gave us a negative reading for CO levels. Long story short, I would highly highly highly recommend Daniels and especially tony. He’s awesome. We give him two thumbs up. Thank you tony and thank you Daniels.

Our furnace went out on New Years day and the night temps were in the single digits. We called on Jan. 2nd were given an appointment time of 12pm to 2pm on the 3rd. The next day, 3pm rolled around with no service person. We called the office and they told us we “weren’t on the board” but they had notes on our call. They were able to send out a repair person later that afternoon. Our repairman, Ken was out and had thefurnace up and running in 30 minutes. Would have given 5 stars except for the office mishap and confusion
