They're all nice people but they need someone to run things. They took a month to find a part which left my business in the cold- for a MONTH! Then the bill came...they never miss a chance to charge. If only I could charge them for the dozen unanswered calls.

Pilot light to hot water heater would not stay lit, so no hot water. They sent someone out quickly, but it went downhill after that. The plumber told us we needed a new hot water heater and we would receive a quote. No quote was received so I called them the next day (Friday). I was told the person who did the quotes was not in all day. I said I'd call someone else. But wait, there's more... The second company came out. The problem was simply a cracked gas/pilot light knob which prevented the valve from fully opening. An $85 service call vs. $1000+.

All contact with the company was timely and professional. They were contracted to order and install a natural gas wall heater in a finished casita. The job was not straight forward due to the gas supply location and electrical wiring layout, but the company's staff installed the heater efficiently and expertly. All appointments were fulfilled and on-time. Communication and customer service was very good. I would use and recommend Hawk Mechanical in the future.

The service was great the person that came to my house to fix my heater was awesome he fixed it and I haven't had a problem since I recommend Hawk Mechanical
