Valdez Brothers Plumbing and Re-pipe

I had a small job for now...10 minutes, tops, that I don't have the tools for. Said $85 for the call. Didn't show. Didn't leave a message if they called. Wouldn't take $500+ per hour ($85 * 6) for a small job. Now, you lost my big job I have coming up, a half-house re-pipe in a remodel. While plumbing is a trade, customer service is still important.

Very disappointed, I called to get a plumber he came out to my house and said he needs to get a leak detection company. Never heard from him again and I called back twice very poor customer service. Good luck to anyone trying to use this company, apparently they have more business than they need

Our water heater was leaking , they came so quickly, super polite and very thorough. They cleaned up and double checked everything. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Will definitely be recommending and using them for all my future jobs.

Valdez Brothers came and fixed a leak in my front flowerbed after 6 pm! It involved digging 3 feet in the mud. Both plumbers were courteous and respectful of our home. They put out plastic to limit the mess made and cleaned up the mess that was made before they left. They even replanted the plants that were dug up in the process! The area looks the same as before, except now water is not bubbling out of the ground. If you want a professional company that is not afraid to get dirty, I recommend Valdez Brothers. I am recommending the Valdez Brothers to all my friends.
