We had an excellent experience with Flow Pro. We were able to easily schedule an appointment, and Steve showed up on time and was totally prepared to fix our issue. Steve’s an extremely amicable and professional guy and explained each step of the problem and how to solve it. For each line item of work, Steve clearly explained the estimated cost and time to complete it before we signed. He left the site as clean as it had been before arrival. We would highly recommend Flow Pro for your plumbing needs.

This company is very professional and very accommodating. My faucet was to arrive on the day of my service, which I informed them may be at the later end of the day. They asked if I was okay with scheduling for an extended time frame to allow the faucet to arrive, and of course I did. My service specialist Steve kept in touch with me before and during the day of our appointment. Great communication from this company. When Steve arrived, he was very professional, well mannered, and friendly. He made sure everything was installed correctly and he did everything he need to make sure that you were satisified. He went above and beyond. I was truly satisfied with his service. He made sure I knew how to use an installation tool if needed to. Really impressed. I just had the service done by Steve today. And I can't contain the feeling we have of the outcome. We just can't thank your team enough for such a great job! We have endured 4+ years of not using that shower. So starting today and the days to come, we'll have better days of having to use a third shower in the house. I used to run a mechanical business and it’s tough to find competent people to be the face of the company and ultimately do a good job. It’s starts at the first contact, and Kayla was excellent. She worked with my schedule to get a tech out to me and was very responsive as we called back and forth. She also gave me a rough flat rate quote based on my described issue. Jason came out at the specified timeframe and listened to my concerns and got to work and got the job done quickly and efficiently and was very personable. And the end of it, the price that was roughly quoted was what I paid, so kudos to both Kayla and Jason for making this happen quickly!
