Apollo Sewer & Plumbing

Overcharged me for service and then would not call me back when the issue was not resolved. Wish I had read the other reviews first, but I went based off a recommendation from NextDoor. Won’t make that mistake again.

This place is a very unreliable establishment, it appears they only have one or two plumbers, so they dont give a time about when they are going to show up! I called them at 10. am and by 5.00 pm still had not heard from! ,and when I called to find out when they!re comingI I get a not very interested old man on the phone who just told me "your problem is not urgent" we are working and will come when we finish! I said I have been waiting all day, and havent a heard from you, he said "I didnt tell you to wait!" I canceled and called another plumber.

Contacted this company via their website for an estimate and never received a response.

Excellent Service, Very Honest! I own a rental house in Laurence Harbor and have had a few plumbing and heating problems since buying the house in 2006. I have called Apollo every time because of the first experience I had with them. A year or two after buying the house the heat went out and I knew the heater was 50+ years old. I expected a huge repair or replacement cost, but instead it was an inexpensive part and reasonable labor cost. I was very impressed with the honesty. A lot of people in service businesses know that their clients are in the dark and take advantage of them by fixing or replacing things that aren't broken. You don't have to worry about this with Apollo, they are very honest and are very professional and responsive when you need them in an emergency. I also had them replace the broken sewer line in the rental. I don't trust anyone other than Apollo for a job that big!

Same day service on a Saturday, Bob did the repair with good humor. Reasonable pricing . I would recommend them.
