Fast service. Plumber before RotoRooter wanted me to replace 65 feet of piping for $4,000. Roto rooter unclogged my pipes for $300. If they couldn't unclog it, they were going to replace the piece of piping that was causing the issue, not the whole entire line for $4,000.

They came same day, no extra fee for emergency visit.

Called Roto-Rooter and told them my issue. They had a service tech here within 2 hours. Tim diagnosed the problem, gave me the estimate and was done before I had to leave for work. Incredible job and very professional. Than you guys!!!

Spent 6 hours trying to snake my main line at be Car Wash. Finally had to throw in the towel. Turns out the drain doesn’t drain to the highway. It drains to the back of the wash. Anthony was on scene within 35 minutes of the initial call. Young man was very knowledgeable in his field. Really great guy to work with. What an amazing job. Really hard to find people like that.

Great Job by Dave. I have been haunted by the occasional drain clog for the past 10 years. This time it's almost completely clogged. There is no clean-out outside of the house. Dave recommended not to open the clean-out in the basement which will cause a Black Water flood. He dug out a 3-ft deep hole in the yard in 10 minutes to expose the pipe, then cut a hole on the pipe as the clean-out for snaking. The brown water gushed out like a river which filled up the hole in 30 seconds. He bailed out the water and snaked out the pipe successfully. He then clamped on a new pipe on top of the hole cut out on the pipe as the above ground clean-out for future snaking. I'm happy and all set. :)
