Came 30 minutes late to first appointment, 30 minutes early to the next one, and didn't come at all to the next two appointments. Mind you, since these appointments are two hour windows, I had to take off from work for all these half-days, including the ones where they never showed. When I called to reschedule the second time, I asked them to please call me and notify me when the plumber was on his way or if he was running late. The man I spoke to responded, "Thank you for the business advice," and hung up. Customer service is key folks. And I, and my valuable time, have never been so disrespected by a business in my life.
