APC Plumbing

Highly recommend APC to everyone I know. We had an emergency on a Sunday evening from a leaking pipe under our sink, and they came out very quickly and took care of it for us. The peace of mind APC gave us was greatly appreciate. I will be using them for anymore plumbing issues I have in the future. THANK YOU!

About 2 months ago, I had a nasty clog in my kitchen drain. APC Plumbing was the company my home warranty company put me in contact with. They came out that week and could not have been any better. I had someone meet them at my property and they were on time, professional, and put forth a significant amount of effort (including calling out multiple other plumbers from the company) to discover that a tree root was clogging my drain and successfully pull it out. I really appreciate their service and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Refused to show identification.- original post 2 weeks ago. Updated: No, I'm certain that I requested your tech's id and he refused to show it. It's not a problem though as there are many establishments available to choose from, thank goodness you're NOT the only one.

Louis, one of their service technicians, told me a very clear diagnosis when he Inspected my water heater. But, then when I called the home warranty company to request a new water heater, as Louis clearly stated I needed, I discovered first that the home warranty company had no diagnosis on file. So they called APC and, suddenly, there was a diagnosis of a faulty pressure relief valve. A valve that Louis had clearly told me was working perfectly fine. I am disappointed by this level of service. The home warranty company then put me on a conference call with APC. When I asked Louis why he was lying, he called me a liar, told me I was no longer his customer, and hung up on me. I don't think I will be using APC any more.

I would recommend this company highly! They were very professional.Louis and his crew were very meticulous and did an outstanding job. We won't be using anyone else in the future except for them because my husband and I know the job will be done right and with alot of pride! Thank you from the bottom of our heart. You guys are the best!!
