Did not show up at my house until the 4th appointment. Promised a gift card to most local restaurants (only 3 that I never heard of and you have to spend a fortune first). Water tech messed my sink up and ruined the wood under my counter due to a flood with no response. I would never recommend this place. You can find much cheaper at your local hardware store. Was told my water was extremely hard. Had it tested and it's actually soft. Place is a joke!
Happened to me too. Appointment was between 9 and 10. At 9:15 I got a call saying the technician had a family emergency. From my perspective they sounded like the were reading off a script. Had I have been asked if we could reschedule I wouldn't have thought anything of it but considering another review said the same thing I'm not sure they are worth doing business with. Elite Water Systems: please do not ask me to call your customer service line. You have my name and number. You can call me of you would like to have a conversation.
Elite Water Systems is such a wonderful company! They make you feel like family and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my water treatment system! Now that I've got one, I can't imagine showering or living everyday life without one!
When leaving a bad review I typically only use the star rating since anything you type is searchable by potential employers and could give them the wrong impression that you are combative or hard to get along with. But since you put in the effort to look into me as a customer I feel I should give you some info so you know this isn't a bot or competitor. Yes I am not a customer of Elite, instead I recieved a very scammy post card informing me I had a delivery from the 'EW Welcome Committe' at my new house and that I needed to call to accept the delivery. It took me quite a bit of research to track down that this was in fact from your company. There I found multiple complaints about the advertising, the going door to door claiming to be the 'water company', the high pressure sales pitches. If you were so proud of your company and its offerings why would you go to lengths to try and obscure the company name on the postcard?
SO VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY!! ZERO IS MORE RATING FOR THEM!! THEY ASK A TIME YOU MAKE THE APPOINTMENT THEN THEY DONT SHOW, NOR GIVE A COURTESY CALL TO LET YOU KNOW THEY AREN'T COMING!! APPOINTMENT WAS BETWEEN 9AM AND 10!! I CALLED AT 1035 TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED!! THE LADY ON THE OTHER END PUT ME ON HOLD THEN COMES BACK WITH A DIFFERENT TONE IN HER VOICE SAYING THE TECH HAD A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND THEY NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE!! REALLY AFTER I TOLD THEM MY SCHEDULE WAS TIGHT AND NEEDED THEM TO BE ON TIME!! SMH DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANIES THAT CAN'T KEEP UP WITH THEIR TECHNICIANS AND CANT EVEN MAKE A COURTESY CALL TO LET YOU KNOW THEY AREN'T EVEN GOING TO BOTHER TO SHOW UP!! VERY SAD AND BAD FOR BUSINESS!!
