Robert Laney Landscaping &Septic

He came to do some grading for me, and before starting he explained to that he gets $100. Per hour but shouldn’t take him to long to knock out the small job I had for him. After not quite 3.5 hours he came to me and said he was done. He said he had my pad completely level and ready for concrete. So I asked what I owed him, he said it’s $700.00 I thought did I miss something, this doesn’t add up. I paid him $700.00 cash thinking this is the Last time I will have him do anything for me or anybody I know, but 3 days later when they came out and put the forms up for concrete one side was a Foot low. So I called Robert and he tells me it was on when he left and rain must have packed it. So I was very frustrated with paying Robert Double and still not even being able to get the concrete. A couple weeks went by and I called him again and said what can you do about this mess? He said I can come over and get it to the forms @ $100. Per Hour. I then said I don’t think I should have to pay for something you did wrong but I will pay One Hour labor I will pay $100. Robert came back out and spent less then 3 hours fixing his mistakes and calls to tell me “ I spent 4 hours the bill is $400. The second time around..... I said that isn’t fair don’t you think you can help me out a little bit sense I paid you double the first time when you did it wrong? He gave the phone to his wife we talked a minute and she asked Robert what can you do for him and said I can take a very little off...l mailed them a check And I’m absolutely done with him Now. Please think long and hard before calling them...

Installed new septic field almost 2 years ago. It has leaked ever since. Until now he has been a pain to get out to make repairs, but he has eventually showed. Now with yet another leak, he's refusing to even come out and look at the problem. Think twice.

Came out to level ground for pool....which I paid $750 for!!....and it is 6 inches off!
